Shipping Information & Delivery Details

All orders are shipped from Australia within 1 to 3 business days after full payment is received. We partner with a range of trusted couriers to provide efficient, cost-effective delivery services. Below are some of our main couriers:

Australia Post

For items weighing 22kg or less, we use Australia Post’s eParcel system. Your parcel will have a barcoded address label, allowing you to track its progress via Australia Post's online tracking tool.

Delivery Time Estimates:

• Within the same state:

  • Regular parcels (within capital city or same town): 3-4 days
  • Between metropolitan and country areas: 3-4 days
  • Between country locations: 4-5 days

• To other states:

  • Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide: 3-5 days
  • Melbourne/Brisbane/Tasmania: 4-8 days
  • Other interstate locations: Please check with your local office

Aramex

For lighter parcels under 22kg, we use Aramex, which offers affordable and reliable delivery services. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Aramex parcels are collected daily and come with a barcoded label for tracking. Note: Aramex requires a non-PO Box address for delivery.

Allied Express

Parcels weighing over 22kg will be dispatched with Allied Express, one of Australia's largest independent courier companies. They will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone call.

Team Global Express

For parcels under 30kg, we use Team Global Express, known for secure and efficient transportation services across Australia. They also require a non-PO Box address for delivery.

If a delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery.
