 we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn/unused).
  • It must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right. We want to ensure that any issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Exchanges

To get a different item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a separate order for the new one once your return is accepted. This is the fastest way to get what you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
